About this graffiti workshop
Our graffiti workshop in Utrecht starts with a fun and interactive introduction to graffiti, covering its history, techniques, and the tools used: such as different spray cans, caps, and layering effects. Graffiti may look simple, but it takes skill, we will show you how to do it like a pro and help you with all!
After the introduction, you’ll sketch your design on paper. It can be graffiti-style letters, a name, a logo, or anything else you want. Our graffiti artist will be there to help and guide you through the process.
Once the sketches are ready, it’s time to bring them to life with spray cans. You can work on an individual panel (included in every workshop) or collaborate with others on a larger panel or wall. Our artist will assist with outlining, filling, and perfecting your final piece.
Program in summary:
– 1. Presentation about graffiti and tools
– 2. First we start to sketch on paper
– 3. Learning the basics of spray painting
– 4. Little break (for some drinks self)
– 5. Finish the graffiti arts
– 6. Finish all the workshop and take pics
– 7. Receiving a Graffitifun certificate
In between we always take a short break if desired for some food. After the workshop we always take some nice photos as a souvenir and everyone gets their own Graffitifun diploma to take home! We also do a lot of other workshops like streetart workshops, a graffiti kidsparty for the kids, school art workshops and events!
Every location is unique, as is every group. This also differs in terms of guided tours of the graffiti walls with us. The duration of a workshop is on average approximately 1.30 hours with us, but can therefore differ slightly per location and size + type of group.
